Role Overview:
- Own the roadmap for Contract Financials, including how data and results are used across the platform and in AI features.
- Turn individual client and contract requirements into configurable product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, including calculation rules.
- Work with engineering and actuarial teams on requirements, methodology, and testing.
- Act as the main product contact for Contract Financials questions and requests.
Requirements & Skills:
- 5+ years in product management, actuarial, or analytics, with 3+ years as a PM on B2B data or financial software.
- Working knowledge of value-based care contracts: shared savings, capitation, MLR, attribution, and IBNR.
- Comfortable with SQL, reading data schemas, and reviewing calculation outputs.
