Implementation Project Director

We’re looking for an Implementation Project Director to lead and oversee the execution of complex client projects. The Implementation Project Director will be responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle, from project initiation through completion, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations. This role requires leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. This role reports to the Director, Implementation. This position is fully remote. Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of large-scale and strategic client projects. Create and maintain project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed within the defined timelines. Proactively anticipate and navigate potential project risks, identifying challenges and proposing innovative solutions. Collaborate closely with clients to capture and document their requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs, and effectively communicating the value of our solutions. Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of project milestones. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their primary contact throughout the implementation process.
