Job Description

As our Head of Customer Success, you'll build and lead our customer success function from the ground up. Your primary mission is simple but crucial: make our customers happy. You'll be the voice of the customer within our organization and the face of our organization to customers. You will develop and implement our customer success strategy, focusing on customer happiness and retention, while establishing metrics to measure customer happiness and success, using data to drive improvements. Build strong relationships with customers and own customer feedback while working directly with product, sales, and engineering to address issues.
