Job Description
Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of 4-8 SAP Technical (Basis) Engineers, providing guidance and oversight.
- Foster collaboration among team members to review workflow processes and SOPs.
- Supervise, train, and mentor team members to ensure continued success.
Operational Management:
- Own incident, problem, and change processes, leading root cause analysis.
- Drive continual improvement in systems operations through automation and tool-building.
- Oversee planning and scheduling client technical maintenance and upgrade activities.
Technical Expertise:
- Perform project-based and production support responsibilities for client environments.
- Maintain client SAP environments and monitor system performance and capacity.
- Coordinate with Client Success Management teams to identify growth opportunities.
