Technical SAP Manager

Team Leadership:

• Lead a team of 4-8 SAP Technical (Basis) Engineers, providing guidance and oversight.
• Foster collaboration among team members to review workflow processes and SOPs.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members to ensure continued success.

Operational Management:

• Own incident, problem, and change processes, leading root cause analysis.
• Drive continual improvement in systems operations through automation and tool-building.
• Oversee planning and scheduling client technical maintenance and upgrade activities.

Technical Expertise:

• Perform project-based and production support responsibilities for client environments.
• Maintain client SAP environments and monitor system performance and capacity.
• Coordinate with Client Success Management teams to identify growth opportunities.
