Syngenta’s Sales Team is seeking a Technical Sales Representative in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico. Accountabilities include executing impactful daily customer visits, actively identifying and transforming challenges into growth opportunities. The representative will build lasting relationships with customers based on trust, reliability, and consistent value delivery, drive technical excellence through continuous learning, and achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
The role involves designing and implementing demonstration trials, evaluating variety performance, and developing effective commercial positioning strategies in partnership with Product Specialists and Market Segments teams. The Technical Sales Representative also ensures exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and support, and stays ahead of market trends and evolving grower needs.
