The Event Marketing Manager will report to the CEO and is accountable for fulfilling the following responsibilities: B2B event planning, scheduling, and execution; event campaign design and execution; developing marketing materials, processes, and automations; ownership of testing, tracking, and reporting; as well as supporting Marketing, Sales, and Ops teammates.
The role includes identifying event opportunities, securing speaking slots and trade show placements, designing and building out campaigns, and managing all of the details and logistics for 2-4 in-person events per month on average. Development of pre-event, during-event, and post-event workflows, including presentation content, marketing offers, booth design and strategy, email/SMS campaigns, landing pages, and follow-up sequences is key.
The position also involves building on our existing marketing assets, processes, and technology to further streamline and improve our efficiency as a team. Tracking and managing results, monitoring funnel performance, and collaborating with teammates to ensure our external industry presence is aligned with our mission are essential components.
