As a Principal Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in the sales process by working closely with the sales team and prospective customers to demonstrate the technical capabilities and business value of TheyDo. You’ll use your deep technical knowledge and consultative approach to showcase our platform’s capabilities, shape tailored solutions, and ensure our customers are set up for success.
You’ll be a trusted advisor, guiding customers, tackling complex business challenges, and demonstrating how TheyDo delivers measurable value. Collaborate with account executives to understand customer needs and craft compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-value solutions. Lead discovery sessions with customers to understand their pain points, technical requirements, and business goals. Create and tailor customised solutions, deliver in-depth product demonstrations, and design/lead proof of values and pilot projects. Provide technical guidance and support RFP/RFI responses. Work with product management, engineering, and customer success teams.
