About the role:
- Manage and grow the partner network across MENA for a leading fintech company.
- Work remotely with long-term collaboration and high autonomy.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard IBs, affiliates, and ad platforms in the region.
- Manage CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Lot models to optimize performance.
- Assist in negotiations, deal closure, and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years as an affiliate manager or in business development within Forex/CFD.
- Existing network of IBs/partners in the Middle East is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, structured approach, and fluency in English.
