About the Role:

  • Ensure our extensive portfolio of over 1,100 properties remains efficient and compliant.
  • Act as the central point of expertise for Landlord & Tenant matters.
  • Support operational teams, engaging with external stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the full lease lifecycle.
  • Negotiate favourable lease terms and minimise exit costs.
  • Ensure compliance with UK property laws.

About You:

  • Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience in estate or property management.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and problem‑solving mindset.
