Staff Accountant

About the Role:

• Under the supervision of the Controller, the Staff Accountant manages RFA’s financial reporting processes.
• This role works across departments with C-Level professionals, management, vendors, and clients.
• The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment with 3-5 years of accounting experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI is preferred.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for monthly activities including AP, bank reconciliations, fixed assets analysis, and general ledger review.
• Processes sales and use tax returns, corporate card expenses, and assists with year-end closing.
• Partners with controller to design reports and dashboards reflecting performance metrics.
