Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statement packages including journal entries, depreciation schedules, and reconciliations.
- Interact with property management and clients on accounting and financial information.
- Support budgeting and expense reconciliation processes.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of related accounting/reporting experience.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment.
