Prepare and assist with review of monthly financial statements for various properties.
Perform monthly general ledger close, bank reconciliation review, and journal entries.
Train property-level teams on accounting processes and systems.

Skills and Experience:

2+ years in real estate accounting, with Yardi experience required.
Accounting or finance degree; NetSuite and CPA preferred.
Strong operational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
