Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review month-end journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses.
- Support annual financial statement audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Assist in Medicare/Medicaid cost report preparation and maintain internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience, with public accounting and healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and advanced Excel skills.
