Cruise Vacation Planner

In this role, you will consult with clients to understand their cruise preferences and goals. Book and manage cruise reservations, recommend cruise lines, ships, and itineraries based on client needs. Provide pre- and post-booking support and collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues.

Qualifications include customer service experience and strong communication skills. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple client needs at once. Must be 18 years or older with access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
