Job Description
Project Management: Manage Agentforce delivery projects and oversee the solutions, acting as product owner. Smoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery. Plan, monitor, and manage project financials, scope, and schedule.
Customer Relations: Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client. Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with the project team and stakeholders. Build strong customer relationships.
Technical Skills: Oversee AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platforms. Write SOWs and Change Requests and manage scope. Participate in Agentforce Division internal initiatives to foster innovation and efficiencies.
