About WithMe:

What You'll Do:
- Build and manage client relationships across a dedicated book of business, from post-installation through renewal.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, present performance insights, and drive retention and growth.
- Use Salesforce to track activity and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years of client success or account management experience, ideally in multi-family.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and a results-driven approach to retention.
