IT Engineering Manager (Endpoint Engineering)

Team Leadership & Coaching:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three engineers, setting clear expectations and building individual growth plans.
• Establish and maintain healthy team operating rhythms, including sprint cadence and async-first communication practices.
• Build a culture of ownership, craft, and continuous improvement focused on reducing toil and improving reliability.

Program Management & Delivery:

• Define and maintain the CPE roadmap in alignment with IT strategy, security priorities, and company roadmap cycles.
• Establish a prioritization framework balancing project work, platform health, compliance, and stakeholder requests.
• Build and own KPIs for visibility into endpoint compliance, patch currency, deployment reliability, and incident trends.

Technical Direction & Platform Ownership:

• Guide the architecture and long-term strategy for Affirm's endpoint platform, including macOS, Windows, and mobile.
• Drive key technical initiatives like permission automation, third-party patching, and silent update delivery.
• Champion infrastructure-as-code and automation-first engineering practices to create durable, repeatable processes.
