Responsibilities:

  • Seek out new opportunities and build long-term relationships in the spatial arena, providing technical consultation to influence customer decisions.
  • Develop and manage business plans to meet territory goals, including funnel management with hunting, prospecting, and closing skills.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by representing the company professionally and ethically, while maintaining knowledge of genetic analysis markets.

Required Skills:

  • Proven success selling large-value capital equipment within Life Sciences, with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous sales experience in Life Science with capital equipment, strong desire to win business, and willingness to travel at least 50%.
  • Good English and Japanese language skills, with the ability to manage sales processes using CRM systems and IT tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or PhD in Biology or related field, along with experience using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce, to enhance sales tracking and territory strategy execution.
