Own daily and weekly resourcing across all client delivery to minimize bottlenecks.
Partner closely with Project Managers to solve real-time and forward-looking staffing needs.
Allocate resources across projects based on priority, timelines, and team capacity.

Capacity Planning & Forecasting:

Maintain and evolve the capacity planning model to accurately reflect team bandwidth.
Flight work across timelines to forecast over/underutilization by role.
Partner with Sales to understand pipeline velocity and recommend realistic project kickoff timing.

Freelance Operations:

Own the freelance ecosystem end-to-end: sourcing, vetting, negotiating, onboarding, and managing freelancers.
Build and maintain a high-quality freelance bench aligned to our needs.
Partner with Finance and HR on freelance budgets, contracts, and onboarding processes.
