Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end workforce management across in-house and BPO contact centers.
- Lead short-term and long-term workforce planning.
- Conduct detailed workforce analytics to drive data-backed staffing decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of workforce management experience.
- Proven ownership of contact forecasting and capacity planning.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Workforce Management:
- Optimize and evolve WFM tools and processes to improve forecasting.
- Monitor and optimize workforce efficiency and cost metrics.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, and People Ops.
