Role Overview:
- Translate workforce forecasts and capacity plans into executable schedules.
- Manage schedule creation, shift design, PTO allocation, and staffing coverage.
- Provide coordination for intraday workforce management activities.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain optimized agent schedules.
- Design shift structures and staffing patterns.
- Manage and administer daily PTO allotments.
What You Bring:
- Strong expertise in workforce scheduling.
- Experience scheduling for voice, chat, email/casework, and outbound support channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
