What You’ll Do:
- Own weekly clinician scheduling performance to increase available hours.
- Collect and validate clinician availability to align schedules with marketplace demand.
- Identify and engage underutilized clinicians to increase activation and earning opportunities.
Who You Are:
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and using metrics to guide action.
- Proactive and persistent in identifying gaps and moving forward.
- A strong communicator comfortable engaging clinicians directly.
Additional Skills:
- Experience working with contingent, contractor, or hybrid workforces.
- Exposure to healthcare, telehealth, marketplace, or marketplace models.
