Business Operations Generalist

At Numeral, you'll tackle complex and painful global business problems, specifically sales tax compliance. From VAT and GST to other indirect taxes, Numeral is automating the most manual, murky, and error-prone parts of global tax workflows. As a Business Operations Generalist, you will be a core builder of the compliance and operations engine. This role involves architecting scalable systems, supporting global launches, and being a first responder for client needs, all while enabling internal teams to operate at a higher level. Responsibilities include designing and scaling operational workflows, leading execution and process ownership, supporting client management and reactivity, forensic problem-solving, and enabling the team through documentation and guidance. You'll also partner across teams for international growth.
