What You’ll Do:
- Solution Design: Translate customer requirements into clear solution designs, own solution blueprints and workflow maps.
- Customer Partnership: Lead discovery and requirements gathering with enterprise stakeholders.
- Delivery & Implementation: Ensure solution designs are implemented successfully and troubleshoot cross-functional issues.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation in complex B2B environments.
- Ability to move fluidly between customer conversations, platform capabilities, and technical workflows.
- Strong track record translating ambiguous requirements into scalable solution designs.
