Role Impact:

  • Turn tradeshows into a powerful pipeline engine and create booth experiences that leave a lasting impression of Fleetio.
  • Build a scalable, repeatable tradeshow program and use data to clearly show how events drive revenue and improve over time.

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years in event marketing, field marketing, or tradeshow management, preferably in B2B SaaS, with strong project management skills.
  • Proven ability to own the full event lifecycle from planning to follow-up and ROI, including hands-on execution of tradeshows and sponsorships.
  • Detail-oriented with experience using tools like Salesforce and Asana, plus a willingness to travel up to 30% and adapt quickly.
