- Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney with the State Bar of California (required).
- Minimum 1 year of civil litigation defense experience.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
