GrowthOps Operations Lead

You'll define the vision and operating model and governance framework for GrowthOps operations. You'll translate the PMO strategy into executable processes, workflows and reporting structures that scale across industries and regions. You'll act as the operational counterpart to the PMO Lead, ensuring strategic priorities are supported with efficient, compliant execution. You'll oversee pursuit intake, triage, governance and compliance checks, ensuring alignment with broader Accenture polices. You'll ensure CRM integrity, accurate tagging and real-time visibility of pipeline data. You'll lead performance reporting, from standard dashboards to executive-level insights enabling strategic decision making and risk management. You'll continuously refine tools, templates and workflows to keep pace with market and internal demands, integrating automation and AI to drive workflow optimization and efficiency.
