Instructional Design
System Administration:
- Administer and optimize Agilix Buzz LMS, including user roles, permissions, security, and customizations.
- Perform routine maintenance, backups, and updates to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Manage integrations with SIS, content providers, and third-party tools.
Project Leadership & Documentation:
- Lead large-scale LMS projects such as implementations, migrations, upgrades, and feature rollouts.
- Document process maps, data flows, integration logic, and system interdependencies.
- Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate operational needs into technical specifications.
Support & Training:
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues, provide hands-on support, and ensure minimal disruption.
- Create and distribute analytics, reports, and dashboards for user departments.
- Train staff on best practices and maintain user-facing knowledge base.
