Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative vision for Defend by Tactacam, including a refreshed visual identity and storytelling-first brand narrative.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of graphic designers while building clear expectations and a culture of ownership.
- Coordinate design schedules, budgets, agencies, and external partners to deliver campaigns consistently and at scale.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in art direction or design leadership.
- Proven success leading visual identity projects from concept through completion.
- Strong understanding of design operations, creative workflows, and scalable content systems.
