Director of Credentialing and Enrollment

The Director of Credentialing will lead Headlight's credentialing operations and be responsible for the timely and compliant onboarding of the clinician workforce across all markets. This individual will manage the end-to-end credentialing lifecycle, ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements, and scale systems and processes to support rapid company growth. This position involves overseeing the full credentialing and recredentialing process for all W-2 clinicians across multiple states and payer networks. The director will lead, mentor, and scale a credentialing team to support onboarding volume and geographic expansion. They will also develop and maintain credentialing policies and procedures aligned with NCQA, CMS, and state-specific guidelines, manage payer enrollment processes, partner with various departments, and build and maintain credentialing data systems and dashboards.
