Job Description

Policy and Procedure Development:

  • Inventory existing policy documents and identify owners.
  • Identify policy gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure policies align with U.S. GAAP, legal requirements, and organizational goals.

Process Improvement and Controls:

  • Partner with other departments to ensure effective accounting policies.
  • Drive process improvement and automation to increase efficiency.
  • Support the management of internal controls and SOX compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years experience in public company accounting functions.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally.
