Job Description

The Executive Assistant and HR Coordinator provides vital administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across executive and HR functions. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn both HR and business operations. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and is a remote role. Responsibilities include executive support such as managing calendars, coordinating travel, meetings, and logistics for the Executive Team and Board of Directors. Furthermore, responsibilities also includes HR coordination such as completing employment/income verification requests and maintaining/organizing HR compliance documentation.
