Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process. They will serve as the Company’s technical accounting expert, proactively evaluate complex transactions and provide technical accounting guidance and recommendations. The role also involves leading the Company’s accounting processes around ASC 606 revenue recognition and ASC 340-20 Internal Use Software. The Accounting Manager will maintain documentation, records, analyses, and financial reports that validate the financial statements are complete and accurate. They will prepare financial reporting in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (GAAP), work with external auditors and tax advisors with the completion of the annual audit and tax returns, and respond to information requests and meet reporting deadlines.
