Reporting:
- Prepare and draft SEC filings including 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform tie-out validation procedures and maintain supporting documentation on other externally released financial information.
- Prepare legal entity financial statements, including IFRS statutory reporting.
Technical Accounting:
- Support technical accounting processes in complex areas including, but not limited to: Adoption of new accounting standards, Acquisition and disposal transactions and Goodwill and long-lived asset impairment evaluations.
- Research and interpret accounting guidance to ensure compliance with applicable standards (US GAAP and IFRS).
- Support technical accountants and contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
