Functional Partnership & OKR Support:

— Acts as the analytical thought partner to the Heads of Product, Operations, and Commercial.

— Translates priorities into structured workstreams with clear owners, milestones, and success metrics.

— Supports inventory planning, product development analytics, and commercial strategy.

Strategic Project Management & Leadership Support:

— Co-owns preparation of Leadership Team meetings, monthly retros, and quarterly planning sessions.

— Tracks OKRs and key metrics across functional pods, holding owners accountable and surfacing risks.

— Drives CEO-priority projects and leads initiatives spanning multiple functions with clear ownership.

Analysis & Business Intelligence:

— Conducts quantitative analysis across inventory, demand, unit economics, COGS, and channel performance.

— Synthesizes large datasets into clear visual insights using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.

— Serves as analytical thought partner on high-stakes decisions across product, operations, and commercial domains.
