Job Description
Supply Chain Optimization:
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to identify and proactively mitigate potential issues in the supply chain.
- Address inventory disruptions, pricing concerns, and routing challenges.
SLA Definition and Management:
- Ensure adherence Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with pharmacy partners.
- Monitor performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with internal teams, including Revenue/Growth, Product, Engineering, Patient Services, Finance and Legal teams.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing collaboration with pharmacy partners.
