Product Manager, CRO

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the CRO product strategy and form a coherent thread through existing ideas
• Do discovery with CROs, suppliers, and biotech customers to understand friction
• Validate and invalidate hypotheses, and connect problems to commercial value

• Clear product strategy and narrative the whole company can repeat
• Opportunity areas tested, real value identified, and hypotheses ruled out
• Phased roadmap built around where we can actually win

Your First 90 Days:

• Meet internal teams and absorb what has been learned
• Map the CRO journey end to end and find real friction
• Run first-round discovery and deliver an initial strategy point of view

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of what gets built
• Meaningful knowledge of the CRO ecosystem
• Real zero-to-one experience and strong discovery instincts
