Role Overview:
- You will own critical parts of the practitioner journey, driving how they discover, adopt, and realize value from Fullscript.
- This is a senior individual contributor role with broad scope and high autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define success metrics and use experimentation, analytics, and customer feedback to continuously optimize the onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to create a seamless customer journey across product and go-to-market touchpoints.
- Leverage AI tools to improve product discovery, delivery, and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Significant experience owning SaaS onboarding, activation, or product-led growth initiatives.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels, behavioral data, experimentation, and growth metrics.
