Own Command Center, the internal workflow platform, to minimize operational complexity.
Manage core workflows for customer onboarding, activation, and enrollment.
Act as platform steward for other domains building on top of it.

What You'll Do:

Define and maintain product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing platform investments.
Use data (usage patterns, error rates, cycle times) to guide decisions.
Champion modern PDLC practices and AI-assisted development to ship faster.

What We're Looking For:

6–8+ years of product management experience in SaaS or internal platforms.
Strong track record partnering with Sales, RevOps, CSM, and Support.
Decisive, first-principles thinker who converts ambiguity into clear roadmaps.
