Responsibilities:
- Own first touch to first reward sent. Signup, onboarding, and the first order are yours outright.
- Develop the growth roadmap, then help staff the squad that runs it.
- Build systems that let you test and iterate quickly without waiting on engineering.
What you'll bring:
- 6+ years shipping web products as a growth PM, founder, or engineer.
- Enough technical depth to ship without a full team and instrument funnels.
- Outstanding written communication in a documentation-first culture.
