The goal of this position is to make sure our students (the customer) feel taken care of and receive fast personal communication. This role is Sales-oriented. Each Matching Specialist is the first line of communication for prospective student/client’s onboarding from beginning to end - from answering questions and concerns, evaluating the requirements of the student to assisting them with the initial rotation booking, and ensuring that they receive an overall excellent experience with NPHub’s customer service and communications.
The Matching Specialists are the front lines of our organization and without them, our students would not be able to find the perfect preceptor for them and in turn, graduate on time!. To act as the first point of communication for NPHub’s prospective clients, both Students and Preceptors by communicating NPHub’s value proposition, answering Q&As, suggesting matches, providing profile creation assistance, and following up with prospective students. They also manage the sales pipeline ensuring client satisfaction.
