What You'll Do:

Manage direct patient needs including message triage, counseling, and education across sexual health and metabolic health verticals.
Coordinate care with staff RNs, practitioners, and patient advocates, triaging queries and adverse events.
Use custom EMR to answer questions, educate patients, and provide lifestyle coaching for weight management.

What You'll Bring:

BSN with active, unencumbered Compact Nursing License and 4+ years clinical experience.
Strong clinical judgment and empathetic communication skills in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
Ability to adhere to clinical standards and effectively leverage technology for safe care delivery.
