Job Description

Support Guest Teachers with integrating into schools and classrooms through timely and effective communication, onboarding and managing school assignments. Ensure Guest Teacher has the information necessary to provide a stellar experience to our School Partners and make a lasting impact on students. Receive and handle Guest Teacher issues or complaints and respond appropriately. Manage data systems, update and regularly review dashboards and other systems data. Efficiently and concisely communicate data across teams. Maintain meticulous records and ensure that 100% of stakeholders receive communication within 24 hours. Master internal systems including Zendesk, Frontline, and Paylocity. You are responsible for setting a positive tone with Guest Teachers and school partners, and can find creative strategies to retain, engage and optimize Guest Teachers. Responsible for Guest Teacher Orientation, you communicate professionally and succinctly while maintaining engagement through consistent communication and follow ups. The ideal candidate is charismatic, compelling, and has the ability to network and provide the highest levels of customer service being warm, friendly, efficient, and detail oriented!
