System Ownership and Implementation:

  • Serve as business owner for supply chain systems including Procurement Orchestration, Procure-to-Pay, MES, QMS, and ERP.
  • Lead implementation from requirements definition to deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with vendors, IT, and stakeholders to configure, test, and optimize enterprise systems.

Business Process Architecture:

  • Design and standardize supply chain processes across Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Quality.
  • Translate operational requirements into scalable workflows and system-enabled workflows.
  • Identify automation opportunities and establish governance models for growth.

Analytics and Performance Management:

  • Own supply chain performance framework including KPI development and dashboard design.
  • Define and maintain key procurement and supply chain metrics for executive visibility.
  • Develop supplier performance scorecards and data governance structures.
