- Handle hiring, training, performance evaluation, and workflow prioritization.

- Apply healthcare supply chain expertise to identify actionable insights.
- Interpret trends and assess impacts of supply chain changes.
- Ensure decisions lead to positive business results.
Influencing Behavior and Promoting Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage data to influence internal customers and enhance efficiency.
- Act as liaison between supply chain and other departments.
- Advocate for data-driven culture through training and education.
Performance Measurement and KPI Management:
- Recommend and manage KPIs in partnership with University Business Intelligence.
- Order request priorities and translate functional requirements.
- Ensure acceptance and adoption of SC&L KPI dashboards.
