New Summer 2026 California Organizing Intern

Internship Responsibilities:

• Recruit and retain members through various outreach tactics.
• Attend and help plan events like phone banks.
• Support legislative advocacy efforts and build-up for election season.

Learning Opportunities:

• Key grassroots organizing tactics.
• Strategic planning and project management.
• Strategic recruitment and public speaking.

Who We're Looking For:

• Someone with grassroots organizing experience or interest.
• Someone who is excited to talk to people about reproductive rights.
• Someone committed to advancing reproductive freedom and connecting with diverse communities.

Additional Requirements:

• Willing to work some nights and weekends.
• Able to attend events in-person.
• Demonstrates alignment with our organization’s values.
