Head of AI Asia Engineering

As Binance’s Global Head of AI, you will architect and lead the intelligence layer of the world’s largest crypto ecosystem. You’ll drive cutting-edge R&D and real-world deployment of LLMs, recommender systems, multi-agent frameworks, and generative AI — creating adaptive, trustworthy, and creative AI systems that empower millions globally. Responsibilities include leading and scaling Binance’s AI and Algorithm organization and defining and executing the AI strategy, uniting personalisation, generative agents, and Web3 intelligence into a cohesive product vision. The role involves driving end-to-end innovation in personalized binance, AI-Native Support Ecosystem, and AI × Web3 Frontier. You will foster collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams to translate breakthrough models into scalable, production-grade systems and attract, grow, and inspire world-class AI talent.
