Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and planning of Core Banking CRM, including opportunity sizing and stakeholder alignment.
- Execute customer lifecycle journeys across email, push notifications, and in-app.
- Oversee always-on communications and collaborate with data analysts for segmentation.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in CRM campaign management from data signal to rollout.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Braze preferred) and strong analytical skills.
- Fintech or financial services experience and ability to manage multiple priorities.
