About the Role/Specialty:
- As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you'll set technical direction for recommendation systems.
- You'll integrate latest research and drive user engagement through relevant suggestions.
What you’ll do:
- Design, implement, and refine machine learning models for personalized recommendations.
- Improve architecture, code structure, and performance of ML systems.
- Investigate research papers and bring state-of-the-art models into production.
What we're looking for:
- You have experience building and shipping production-scale recommendation systems.
- You are proficient in Python and core ML tooling (PyTorch, pandas, scikit-learn, numpy).
- You have strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset.
