About the Role:
- The Scam Disruption team is TRM's tip of the spear against pig butchering syndicates, romance fraud networks, and investment scam operations.
- As Investigations Manager, you lead the all-source investigators who run the integrated targeting workflow every day.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Manage a team of 5-15+ all-source investigators with 1:1s, career-pathing, and performance management.
- Drive the operational cadence of legal process, on-chain/off-chain fusion, and targeting at high volume.
- Own work-product quality as the credible QC layer on every target package and legal-process return.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years leading a team with specific examples of accelerating high performers and addressing underperformers.
- Illicit-finance investigative background with experience in complex financial crime investigations.
- AI fluency as a baseline expectation, with a clear view of where AI accelerates intelligence work.
